Use multiple accounts to reduce risk for enterprises

Dear CargoX Platform users,
To reduce the risk of workflow slowdowns or the inability to process and transfer you electronic trade documents, we encourage companies to create individual user accounts for each user who is involved in document preparation and processing.
We have noted that many companies only register a single account on the CargoX Platform. If the person who is responsible for document creation, transfer and ACI filings, becomes unavailable, the company might run into obstacles when a file or a document must be urgently submitted.
If you create multiple accounts – a manager account, a worker account, or a document processing account – and delegate functionalities to them, you can help reduce the risk of process hold-ups.
