What is Document Pre-check?
Document Pre-check is your first layer of control before submission. It helps ensure every trade document is complete, accurate, and consistent. This reduces the risk of rejection, prevents delays, and keeps your business moving forward.
By verifying structure, classification, and compliance upfront, Document Pre-check removes unnecessary back-and-forth, saves valuable time, and builds trust in the quality of your submissions. It offers a smarter and more efficient way to validate documents, designed for modern global trade.
To begin the document verification process, simply log in to your account and upload the required trade documents. Once all files are in place, initiate the pre-check by clicking the “Pre-check documents” button. You’ll then be prompted to review and confirm the listed documents before proceeding.
The system will redirect you to a trusted third-party provider to complete the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) review of the extracted data. After the process is complete, you can view the results, identify any discrepancies, and re-upload amended documents if necessary.
