This verification confirms that the CargoX Platform for Blockchain Document Transfer (BDT) conforms to the general provisions outlined in the Model Law on Electronic Transferable Records (MLETR) and provides functional equivalence to certain provisions. The CargoX Platform has applicable operational and security controls in place to support general reliability, and is designed to ensure compliance with current technological standards.
